What kind of app I build
I build apps as installable web applications: one codebase that opens in any browser and installs on iPhone and Android with its own icon, works on a weak signal and sends notifications where the platform allows it. Behind it runs a server with a database, admin, payments and automatic emails. Updates go live instantly, with no app store review in between.
Publishing to the App Store or Google Play is possible when you need it and is quoted separately. When a fully native app is the better choice for your case, I tell you so in the written offer instead of selling you the wrong thing.
Every app comes with tracking from day one: you see who signs up, who books and who pays, and where they came from. That is the difference between an app that costs money and an app that earns it.

Is it a real mobile app?
It installs on iPhone and Android with its own icon, works offline where it makes sense and sends notifications where the platform allows it. It is built as an installable web application, so it also runs in any browser and updates instantly. Store publishing is available on request and quoted separately.
How long does it take?
The deadline is part of the written offer. Smaller apps such as bookings with payments take weeks, not months, because I build them myself without a project manager in between.
Can you connect my stock, invoicing or CRM?
Yes. Warehouse or accounting connections, CRM, SMS and email automation are part of the Empire System scope. Tell me what you use and I include it in the offer.
Can we work in English?
Yes, in writing. Emails, WhatsApp messages, the written offer and the handover are all in English. The website itself can be in English, Czech or both.
Do you maintain the app after launch?
Yes. Operation with hosting, backups and security updates from CZK 990 a month, care with changes and a monthly report from CZK 2,990. Both can be cancelled any time.
Who will own the website?
The website is entirely yours, including the domain, content and access. I do not build on a closed platform. If you decide to move on, you get everything and a new provider can work with it normally.
How does payment work and is there a contract?
Half as a deposit before I start, half at launch. Scope, price and deadline are written in the offer you approve, and that serves as the contract. The price does not change during the work unless you order something extra.
