A custom website from CZK 19,990 (Start), Growth System from CZK 39,900, Empire System from CZK 79,900, Dynasty System from CZK 149,900, Full Empire individually. Monthly levels: Upkeep CZK 990, Care CZK 2,990, Growth from CZK 14,900 plus 15% of the ad budget. The price is fixed and agreed upfront. Domain and hosting go through the optional monthly Upkeep, or you can arrange them yourself.
Because a generator knows nothing about your industry or your town. It produces a pretty page with generic copy, stock photos and no tracking. You never learn where enquiries come from, nobody handles mobile speed or what actually drives a phone call in your field. For that price you get a look. Not a system that brings customers.
That is the most common case. First I find out where it breaks: whether nobody visits, or people visit and never ask. Those are two different problems with different fixes. Sometimes rebuilding three sections plus adding tracking is enough, sometimes starting over is cheaper. I will tell you which one is yours, even when it means a smaller job for me.
The site is yours, including the domain, content and all access. I do not build on a closed platform you cannot leave. If you decide to move on, you get everything and any new supplier can work with it. No notice period, no buying back your own website.
A fair question with a one-person studio. I build so that anyone can take over: standard technology, clean code, access registered to you, not me. Hosting and the domain are on your account. If anything happened to me, the site keeps running and a new supplier does not have to start from scratch.
I write the copy, you only correct the parts that touch your trade expertise. I need photos from you, because your real work sells better than any stock library. Phone shots are fine as long as they are sharp. If you have none, we agree what to shoot, or I recommend a photographer.
Depends what you want to change. Prices, opening hours, copy and photos yes, I show you at handover and it takes minutes. Structural work and new sections I handle. Anyone who does not want to touch it at all takes the monthly care plan and just writes me what to change.
Hosting, domain, backups and security updates come to 990 CZK a month. If you also want ongoing edits to copy, prices and photos plus performance monitoring, it is 2,990 CZK a month. The plan is not compulsory. If you manage content yourself and need me twice a year, you pay only for those jobs.
With a new domain expect three to six months before ordinary terms move, and only with content and links. On an established domain where you only replace the site, positions usually hold and improve sooner. Anyone promising first place within a month is either targeting a term nobody searches or lying.
Half as a deposit before we start, half at launch. Invoices are due in 7 days. Scope, price and deadline are written in the offer you approve, and that serves as the contract. The price does not change during the work unless you order something extra, and even then you get a quote up front.
You see the design as a live link, not a picture, so you can click through it on mobile and desktop before anything is paid off. I collect feedback in one round and implement it. If we part ways entirely, the deposit covers the design work done and you are not obliged to continue.
